PROGRESIBO ROMBLON, INC. is a governance-oriented organization for the Province of Romblon — responsive to people’s needs, empowering communities, and expanding opportunities for every Romblomanon.
Our Mark
A citizen reaching upward — people united can achieve progress.
Our mark says it plainly: a citizen reaching upward, integrated into the large letter “P” for Progress, People and Participation. The blue figure stands for the people at the center of governance. The green and red paths beneath are development and determination in motion. Together they say one thing — people united can achieve progress and development.

Led by a Board, organized in every municipality.
PROGRESIBO is organized at two levels — Provincial and Municipal — so decisions are made together and carried out close to the people.
1 · General Assembly
All members meet at least once a year. A quorum is a majority of active members in good standing.
2 · Board of Trustees
A Chairman and six Members of the Board act as a body, hold quarterly regular meetings, and elect the Officers for a three-year term.
3 · Officers & Standing Committees
Chairman, President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer, supported by five standing committees — Membership, Finance, Public Information, Grievance & Dispute Resolution, and Community Development.
4 · Municipal Chapters
A Chapter in every municipality of Romblon, led by a President, Vice President and Secretary. Members automatically belong to the Chapter where they reside.
