Can I join?
Membership in PROGRESIBO is open to anyone who meets four simple requirements. Check yours in a few seconds.
- Are you a Filipino citizen?Membership is open to Filipino citizens.
- Are you of legal age (18 or older)?Members must be of legal age.
- Are you a registered voter in the Province of Romblon?Members must be registered voters in the province.
- Do you subscribe to PROGRESIBO's principles and objectives?Transparent, accountable and participatory governance, and the welfare of the people of Romblon. Read them first.

How Membership Works
From application to acceptance
Every application passes through three levels of the Organization — each one checks a different thing.
- 1ApplyAccomplish the membership application form.
- 2Municipal ChapterYour Chapter screens the application against the qualifications in Article III and endorses it.
- 3Membership CommitteeEvaluates the endorsement — approved by a majority of the Committee — and recommends it to the Board.
- 4Board of TrusteesIssues a resolution of acceptance, with at least a majority vote of its members.
