Seven seats at the provincial table
The Board is the Organization’s governing body at the Provincial Level.
- Acts as a body, holding a regular meeting every quarter
- Elects the Officers of the Organization from among its own members
- Accepts new members by resolution, with a majority vote
- Releases the official list of candidates the Organization will support

Article VII
The five Officers

Chairman
Presides over the Board in every meeting and general assembly.
Brings impartiality to board discussions, especially on policies and the review of the Organization’s administration, so that decisions are made methodically and efficiently.
President
Exercises operational oversight of the Organization.
Appoints the Chairmen of the standing committees, subject to confirmation by the Board.
Vice President
Assists the President in his functions.
Focuses specifically on developing and executing the Organization’s vision and long-term goals.
Secretary
Custodian of all the Organization’s official records.
Keeps the Organization’s records complete and in order.
Treasurer
Safeguards the funds of the Organization.
Disburses only within the limitations set in the guidelines issued by the Board.
About the officers. The members of the Board elect from among themselves the five Officers of the Organization during the annual general assembly, with the first election set by the Board upon incorporation. Officers also perform other duties the Board may assign.
